- Light warmup, swaying back and forth on the balls of my feet while pressing buttons with my thumb.
- Slightly more intense period of warmup while choosing game options.
- Short period of rest while animations play
- Then, I draw my sword! Swash! Buckle! Ha! First pirate down. I slash! I parry! I jab! Second enemy meets his doom.
- I grab the treasure!
- Continuing around the corner, I encounter more enemies!
- Slash! Hack! Jump! Turn! Do a combo! Stab!
- Continue above step until all enemies are defeated. This usually lasts between five and ten minutes.
- Now the really big bad guy comes out. I get only a moment of rest before going into battle.
- Slash! Jump! Stab! Ouch! Okay, turn, jump, combo! Defend, defend, stab! Another five to ten minutes at least.
- Repeat until big enemy is defeated and level is complete!
Workout regimen courtesy of my Nintendo Wii and the Pirates of the Caribbean game! I looked for a video, and this is what I found. I jump around a lot more than these people, though. I tell you, I’m seriously sweating by the time I finish a level! Hehe.
Jana that sounds like so much fun!

Oh, Jana, I am soooo jealous! I had a Star Wars light saber game, but I played so hard it broke. It would have me sweating in 2 minutes. Enjoy the fun and the burn!
