…but knowing the way my weight fluctuates, I weigh myself almost every day to see an overall trend rather than a specific number every Monday morning. IOW, if my weight is down during the week and then back up to where it was the previous Monday, I still feel like I’m losing. Anyway, I jumped on the scale this morning, and guess what?
I’M IN THE 150’s!! It said 159.2! It’s been ten years since I’ve seen a number that low! I’m totally in shock. Guess my new pirate workout is helping!
