Yeppers. I’m out of here…momentarily. We are heading out bright and early tomorrow. I am excited (and a bit anxious with a 1 and 2 yr old and 2 dogs) about getting out of Dodge. I LOVE the great outdoors and have missed it over the last 3 years with the pregnancies and births of little ones. I have been very conscience about what we shall eat. Ya know, I really think it is going to be easy to eat healthily while camping. I am forgoing smores this year for all of us. We’ll have 1 next year after the weight is gone. I have spent the last 2 days cooking food to take along. Things that I can throw in a pot to reheat.
It looks like it will be a beautiful first weekend of summer here in East TN. I’ll be back Sunday night and will check in Monday morning. Have a wonderful weekend.
