How many beans make five? (Bekki)

if you’re doing this week’s QoM challenge and counting your fruit and veg portions, here’s a handy website with tables of what constitutes a portion: Five a day.
For instance, the lunch I’ve just eaten contained a cereal bowl of lettuce (one portion), 7 cherry tomatoes (one portion) and a small pepper (about half a portion).

NB: It’s a British website, so you might have to translate some of the names into American!

And the beans? Depending on the beans, one portion is 3 heaped tablespoons (black eyed, broad, butter, cannelloni, kidney) or 4 heaped tablespoons (French, runner).
