Dinner here: Grilled Chicken. Black Bean Salad with Lime and Cilantro. Roasted Asparagus. Topped off with an oatmeal cookie.

…not to mention that faint sulphur smell…
We had church dinner today and I did good until I got to the Berry Torte - I made it so it is my own fault… Well, it did have fruit in it. (and a bit of sugar and white flour and butter…) but it was so good and I had a tiny sliver of it with coffee. I make it for church dinner so I won’t eat the whole thing myself…
