Yeah, we are a little swamped here. There has been a bit of medical upheaval with Dan the man in our home. There are details at the link if you are interested. I had a bit of a breakdown moment yesterday. Prayers are totally appreciated. He has come to the realization that he has to do something or die. I know, harsh… but he is finally serious about getting down the pounds. He said to me… “Did you know I am in the obese catagory? I have to lose 5 more pound just to be overweight.” He is a bit depressed about that and about the number he has to be to be healthy again. When he gets through with this he will be the same as the day I married my darling man. We are back on the DASH diet for his blood pressure now - his choice. I am so proud of him!!! Now, if I could get my preacher man to blog like Bird…

praying, Leann. I know what it is like to watch my man not getting a handle on something. Though in our case, Norvasc has brought down his BP. But he just keeps gaining and now there are other things. sigh. I may be the very obese one, but relatively speaking, I’m healthier than he is.
