So here’s what I ate on Thursday:

Breakfast: Slimfast powder w/ skim milk

Lunch: Slimfast powder w/ skim milk

Snacks: 1 cup of grapes, 1 bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares with 8 prunes, 1 chocolate chip banana cookie

Dinner: whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce

Total calories for the day: 1440
