It all started when I got sick right before Thanksgiving of 2006 and then I stayed sick for almost 2 full months. Then just when I thought I could get back into exercise my semester at school kicked into full gear and my exercise became a thing of the past as did my weightloss. This week I determined to get back to it. I WALKED/RAN 15 MILES THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!! I am taking tomorrow off because I just do that after 6 days on. It is a Sabbath like thing for me… Anyway, I feel better than I have felt in a very long time and I feel stronger, too.
As for the eating, I need to wean myself off sugar again because of my culinary school indulgences. I was dipping into the sweets a bit too much toward the end of the semester and then I was NOT eating very much the last week of school so that I could just basically stress over everything on an empty stomach. NOT GOOD!!! I am refining the eating again and will have a routine down again by summer school and then I will be sticking to it no matter what!
So, if you can tolerate me I am back and excited to be with you guys again!
