Ok, so I tried again to comment and NOTHING. I will just post here because I did want to weigh-in…
163/155/140ish - 6 days of exercise, 15 miles, not tons of calories and I still gained 3 pounds… puffiness abounds. I got 23 points for the week.
I was also trying to say to Anne that I LOVE THE TOZER QUOTE! He is an absolute favorite of mine!!! …and I want to join you guys in the 5K thing even though it is week 6 - I ran a mile of my 3 miles on Saturday so I think I am good to go with where you are. Thanks…
