I know we’ve been discussing the possibility (probability?) of an OWOA meet. And it sounds like a blast. The idea of meeting some of you ladies is terribly exciting!
But, I have now had a blog meet prequel. Something that made me really excited to meet you all!
Today, I met Christy! Our Christy!! And she’s great! Beautiful, fun, smiley! And she has adorable charming, engaging kiddos (my son is gonna adore her oldest daughter!) as well as a husband who didn’t seem to mind my barging in, in the middle of their unpacking!
It takes me about seven minutes to get to her house! How exciting is that?
I only stayed for a minute, because I knew they were busy, busy, busy, and I’m sure entertaining company is not what they want to be doing when they have boxes piled to the ceiling and rooms to paint. But I did meet Christy, and wanted to brag about it, and let you all know she made the move safely!
I saw her computer, or, well, the box her computer is in, in the corner of the living room. It looked like it might still be a few days before she gets online!
That is SO cool!!! I wish Blest were 7 minutes from my house… *big sigh* we are about 40 minutes apart and Kellie is a little closer but still not close enough. I am so excited about you guys getting to be together!!!
