Figured something out . . .

I was getting really frustrated with why it takes me a whole hour to walk 3.13 miles.  I looked up the elevation this morning on MapMyRun.com and this is why…

max:4385ft
min:4085ft
ascent:537ft
descent:534ft

That is some climb!!!  That explains the huffing and puffing and soreness…  LOL

  1. Yeah, you are working hard! Although the hills are good for cardio, find some flat too. :-) It will help with increasing your pace.
