Still Comment-impaired (Blair)

Not sure what else to do?

I wanted to say “welcome” to CJ and Charlotte.

“Thanks Kellie - I passed six small ones last week (that I know about) and I’m feeling so much better in that department now.”

“Anne - I think your pace is awesome girl!!  a 12 minute mile rocks - I haven’t gotten there yet but I’m looking forward to it.  Jogging is good.  I was a “runner” for years and so I think it’s just instinctive for me to push really hard when I hit the running minutes.  That’s not always a good thing of course lol.  We all have to go at our own pace and cheer each other on in the process.  It feels good to be running.”

Also - CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS to Lorri :)

Blest - I think something has changed in the last week because I did a quick search and discovered that Leann and I aren’t the only ones “banned” suddenly.  I can’t comment on any WordPress blogs at all.  I think there are probably more who can’t but they haven’t realized it it.  I probably wouldn’t know except I went back to check a post for comments after mine and was scrolling to find mine and it wasn’t there.  That sent me looking at other posts I’d commented to and nothing was there either lol.  So, it’s taken me a couple of days to figure out that I can’t comment.

  1. Blair, thanks! I appreciate the encouragement :) I definitely have never, ever been a “runner.” I’ve pretty much always been an “I-think-all-runners-are-crazy” type of non-runner. So this is actually really fun. I’m hooked. And I’m ok never winning any races — it’s all for me ;-)

  2. I emailed the people who made the anti-spam software. Funny - it’s been on there for months now. I wonder why all of a sudden it doesn’t like you two? :? Anyway. Hopefully I’ll hear something back soon. I really don’t want to disable aksimet - so far it’s blocked over 10,000 spams… But then, I sure don’t want it blocking you and Leann either!

  3. Well I’m glad you did that search! That says to me that they ought to be rapidly becoming aware of the problem - and will, hopefully, therefore fix it!

  4. Is the anti-commenting thing dependent on what type of browser you are using? The only time I’ve had difficulty commenting here is when I was at my parents house using Windows Internet Explorer. I use Firefox at home.
