I heard a Christian radio guy previously say that something like 85 percent of people who lose weight permanently, do so with the aide of some sort of support system.
That’s where this group and my lovely wife, Brandi, come in to play. 
I’ve dropped 29 pounds and I’ve got another 41 to go until I hit goal. So, I’ll be around for a while.
I get SPUNKs on a daily basis now and I love it. A friend of mine tonight called me a “lean machine.” A gal from work, who I hadn’t seen since starting the diet, said, “Wow, you’ve lost a lot of weight!” All of that is in just one day. I usually get about two or three SPUNKs a day.

I know what you mean, Dude. I know without this group, I woulda gotten bored with the whole weight loss thing a LONG time ago.
And SPUNKS are just the BEST aren’t they? Nothing beats those encouraging words - especially from people who don’t have to say them (like family).
