Observations (Anita)

It has been a sort of defeated week for me.  There will probably be no poundage lost.  But I did notice a few things this week that may interest you.  Or maybe not.  Either way, here they are…

1) It’s interesting how quickly the All-American feeling of you’re not really full until your busting-a-gut-full kicks in when a little junk food slips into the diet.

2) It’s also interesting how many somersaults a stomach can do from a few wayward french fries after not eating any for months.  Healthy eating does make a difference!

3) And I didn’t realize how much exercise can be had by riding an indoor stationary bike all winter. ‘Cause I rode the pants off my husband this morning!  While he was huffing and puffing, I was having a nice time.  Consistant exercise does make a difference.

Let’s hope next week I can get back on track with the healthy eating.

  2. Ok Blest, maybe I should be very specific so as to not make you laugh too hard. We were riding bicycles around town - farmers market, coffee shop, etc. and he could not keep up with me! :-)
