Hmmm. QOM is over. Anne is feeling unmotivated- and I doubt she’s the only one….
What shall we do next???
I don’t think we should have another long-term contest right now. I’m thinking short challenges. Like maybe from this Saturday to Next Sunday we bring back the Happy Heart challenge. (exercise points, I mean) What do you think? What would you like to see happening here at OWOA?
i like the idea of short challenges… 1-2 weeks.

Well, I have to say I don’t care what we do but I am with Anne I sure could use the challenge! I’m still very motivated but I know a challenge always helps!!!
I do really like the idea of the short-term, gives ya that “quick-fix kinda feelin” don’t cha think?
Just count me in, but I’ll try to think of an idea to help.

I’m up for anything. I just don’t want to slow down the pace…I want to keep loosing. Now that the QOM is over, I have slacked a little in my eating but I’ve been going full force with my exercise…I’ve been making myself. Anyways…I’m up for little challenges or big challenges…let’s just keep going.
