it’s mainly a lack of time to best prepare healthy food for myself… it’s been a busy week and i still have a LOT of work to do to prepare for a work trip all of next week. don’t worry — i’m still exercising! my goal for tomorrow (which is feasible) is to actually cook for myself for dinner.
